The app licence Your use of the OnForm app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Subscription OnForm Yearly is $19.99 (USD) a year after a 30-day free trial, billed through your Apple ID and renewed automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple. Full details are on the Pricing page.

Age: OnForm is for people aged 16 and over.
