Your data
-
Only on your iPhone. You don't need an account, and nothing is sent to us.
-
Yes, as part of your iPhone backup (iCloud Backup, or a backup to your Mac or PC). Keep iCloud Backup on: Settings, then your name, then iCloud, then iCloud Backup.
-
Restore your new iPhone from your latest backup and your log comes back. You can also restore from an OnForm backup file (see below). With no backup of either kind, the log can't be recovered, because we never hold a copy.
-
Yes. Tap the ⋯ menu, then Back up & restore, then Back up now. Save the file anywhere using the share sheet, and restore it from the same screen.
-
Tap the ⋯ menu, then Back up & restore, then Delete all data, and confirm. This permanently erases everything OnForm stores on your device: your food log, saved meals, favourites, custom foods, targets, profile and recent foods. It can't be undone. It keeps your country and the fact that you've finished the intro, so you won't have to set those up again.
You can also delete the OnForm app, which removes all of its data from your device.
Your data only lives on your device, and we don't hold a copy. Backup files you exported earlier stay wherever you saved them (for example in Files or iCloud Drive) until you delete them. An iPhone or iCloud device backup made earlier may also contain a copy until that backup is deleted or replaced.
Deleting your data doesn't cancel your subscription. To cancel, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
-
No. OnForm has no analytics or tracking. If you've turned on "Share with App Developers" in iPhone Settings, Apple may pass anonymous crash reports to us. You can turn it off under Privacy & Security, then Analytics & Improvements.
