  • OnForm Yearly costs $19.99 (USD) a year. Local prices are shown in the App Store before you subscribe and may vary by country.

  • New subscribers get a 30-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription starts and payment is charged to your Apple ID.

  • Your subscription renews automatically each year unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

  • Manage or cancel at any time: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then OnForm.

  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
