OnRecord Limited, a New Zealand company trading as OnForm ("we"), makes the OnForm app and runs getonform.app. Our privacy officer is James Rangihika, support@getonform.app.

Your food log Everything you log (foods, portions, totals, favourites) is stored only on your iPhone, until you delete it or the app. We don't receive it, and you don't need an account. It's included in your iPhone's iCloud or Mac/PC backups, which Apple's terms cover. You can also export it with Back up now. Where you save that file is up to you. Food search runs on your device. When you're connected, the app may download food database updates. Those downloads don't include anything you've logged.

What we collect Nothing. The app has no analytics, advertising or tracking, and no third-party code that collects data. It doesn't send your data anywhere. Crash reports If you've turned on "Share with App Developers" in iPhone Settings, Apple may send us crash and diagnostic reports. Apple controls this, and the reports aren't linked to your identity. Turn it off under Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Analytics & Improvements.

Payments Subscriptions are bought and managed through Apple. We don't receive your name, card or Apple ID details. Apple's privacy policy applies to that purchase.

Support emails If you email support@getonform.app, we keep your email address and message so we can reply. Support email is hosted by Google Workspace. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which may process standard web data such as IP address when you visit.

Deleting your data Use Delete all data (⋯ menu, then Back up & restore), or delete the app. Copies in older backups stay until those backups are deleted. To have your support emails deleted, email us.

Your rights You can ask for a copy of any information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Email the privacy officer. We'll respond within 20 working days. If a privacy breach is likely to cause serious harm, we'll tell you and the Privacy Commissioner. We don't sell personal information.

Children OnForm is for people aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date above.
